"Empowering smart cities with Industrial IoT:

Where infrastructure meets intelligence."

Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)

The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) refers to the integration and interconnection of sensors, instruments, and other devices networked together with industrial applications, including, but not limited to, manufacturing and energy management. This connectivity allows for data collection, exchange, and analysis, potentially facilitating improvements in productivity and efficiency as well as other economic benefits.

While the concept of IoT encompasses a broad range of devices—from smart refrigerators to wearable fitness devices—the IIoT focuses specifically on industrial applications.

Energy Monitoring (Sub-Metering)

Electricity sub-metering is the process of installing additional meters in a building or facility to measure and monitor the electricity
consumption of individual sections or components within the larger system.
Sub-metering allows building owners, facility managers, and tenants to better understand how much electricity is being used by
different areas or equipment, which can help them identify opportunities for energy savings and efficiency improvements. For
example, sub-metering can be used to track the energy consumption of specific tenants in a multi-tenant building, or to monitor
the usage of specific pieces of equipment in a manufacturing plant.

By monitoring electricity usage through sub-metering, businesses and individuals can identify inefficiencies and waste, and take steps
to reduce their energy consumption and save money on their electricity bills. Sub-metering can also help organizations track and
manage their carbon footprint and meet sustainability goals.

reducing energy consumption and costs.
In NET WIZARDS, we have different types of lighting management systems available, including manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated systems. Manual systems require the occupants to adjust the lighting manually, whereas semi-automatic systems incorporate
sensors that automatically adjust the lighting based on the amount of natural light available in the environment.

Fully automated systems use sensors to detect occupancy, movement, and ambient light levels, and adjust the lighting accordingly.

Remote Tank Monitoring

Remote tank monitoring refers to the use of sensors and communication technology to monitor the level, temperature, pressure, and other parameters of tanks, such as fuel tanks, water tanks, and chemical storage tanks, from a remote location.
The sensors in the tanks collect data and transmit it to a central monitoring system, which can be accessed remotely through a computer, tablet, or smartphone. This allows tank operators to monitor the tanks in real-time, receive alerts for low levels or other issues, and optimize tank operations.
Remote Tank Monitoring is a powerful tool for tank operators, providing numerous benefits that can help them optimize their operations, reduce costs, and improve safety and sustainability.

Container Tracking (Smart Padlock)

The Tracking padlock enables the remote assessment for lock via cutting edge 5G technology NB-IoT and Cat-M1 industry standard.

The Tracking padlock equipped with GPS sensor provides excellent tracing capability for the lock while it is on the move. The GPS allows
the padlock to be monitored by geo-fence no matter if it is dynamic or static. By the management platform for Unlock Access ID generation, any authorized property owners can use that key(s) to unlock in a particular time frame it scheduled. Even if there is no 4G/5G connection, the property owners can also use the keypad to enter temporary PIN to lock. BLE is also another radion to unlock with authorized Access ID/Virtual Key. With industrial ER type battery equipped with pulse protection, designed especially for NB-IoT/Cat-M1,allows the lock to sustain the peak performance under stringent environment as well as providing extended battery life.

Manhole and Manhole Cover Monitoring

A manhole cover detector is a device that is used to locate and identify manhole covers, as well as other metal objects that are
buried underground. The Smart Manhole Detector cover is able to detect any illegally moved or not properly closed, the alarm will
immediately notify the relevant management departments as soon as the event occurs. Due to the manhole sensor also equips with
proximity sensor to detect the approximate level of water under the manhole, that is not only to detect for long term prediction, but
it also provides early warning for supervisors to handle the flood issue before it becomes real damage on a regular basis.

Smart Irrigation

Irrigation is the artificial application of water to plants, crops or soil in order to support growth and productivity. It is used to supplement natural rainfall when it is inadequate, to provide water during periods of drought, and to improve crop yields and planthealth.

Irrigation systems can range from simple systems that rely on gravity to more complex systems that use pumps, pipes, valves, and other components to deliver water efficiently and effectively.
